Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, and Deppon.

Estimated delivery times:
a) United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand – approx. 10 to 15 business days. (Delivery to Puerto Rico takes about 25 business days.)
b) Brazil, Mexico, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and all other countries – approx. 10 to 15 business days.
c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa – approx. 15 to 20 business days.
Before shipping your order, we typically require 1–4 days to prepare your products, conduct rigorous quality control tests, and carefully package the items. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time. Thank you for your understanding!

Please be aware that all estimated delivery times are based on normal conditions. Occasionally, there may be increased international shipping volumes, particularly during holiday seasons. Also, please note that customs clearance in some countries may take longer, which accounts for the variations in the estimated delivery times listed above.

Changes to EU taxation
As of July 1, 2021, all imported goods in shipments not exceeding a value of 150 euros are subject to taxation in EU member states. Customers using international express shipping are required to pay customs duties.
